02/10/2007 - Creating the bending break for the elevators

A trip to Jewson was required to source 2" x 8" wood to make the break.  No such luck and I had to make do with 2" x 6".  You keep one length longer than the other to help clamp to the table or to use as handles....apparently.

The second shot shows the elevators and rudder skins with their strengtheners attached.

Later on when the break is used for the first time; Bob has the best idea of using clamps to tighten up the bending break...works a treat so more on that later.
